Quick video on my blog showing the moving jaw test for my sophomore head build. I'm very excited as this is my own head, from my own sculpt, mold, and cast. Here 'tis!!

New blog post chronicling my sophomore head build efforts hereI'm excited to be using my own resin head, one I sculpted, molded and cast myself, though it took quite a bit of fiddling to get it to work with DVC parts (eyes, nose, teeth.) Question re angle of resin head- attaching a picture here. This is the way this head feels the most comfortable- I really like the vision, and the jaw moves comfortably. However I'm wondering if the angle at which it sets on the wearer's head is "wierd" or if it will fly. I can pad up under the wearer's jaw so that the mask will sit more upright on ( Read more... )

(I hope I posted this right, I'm new here ^^; ) This might be a dumb question but I was wondering if it is possible to make a moving jaw on my already foamed fursuit head? As you can see, it's a balaclava however it is already foamed(I bought this from someone that way). I've read tutorials about sewing/gluing elastic on the balaclava but couldn't ( Read more... )

so, there's a character i'd really, really want to make into a fursuit, even though it seems barely possible. i like challenges and i'm really attached to him, plus i haven't seen a fursuit made in that "style" yet so it'd be unique
can't figure out a few things, so i thought i'd ask here, you guys are really helpful.
